Serving Ideas for Biscotti

Crumbled biscotti are excellent sprinkled
over ice cream or frozen yogurt. Try them on such flavors as vanilla, coffee, chocolate or toasted almond. For
an elegant touch, drizzle a spoonful of liqueur such as Amaretto, Frangelico, Grand Marnier or cognac on top.
To make a quick crust for an ice cream pie, scatter crushed biscotti over a pie pan, press in coffee ice cream or vanilla
and serve with warm fudge sauce.
Pour champagne or sparkling wine over fresh strawberries, sliced peaches
or nectarines and top them with crushed biscotti
